Not About Japan Yet

Trust me, I want to write about Japan.  Seriously.  I just can't yet.  I need time for it to sink in, and this jet lag is terrible.  Anyone whos talked to me after 10 pm since I got back Saturday knows that there have been periods where *I* don't know where I am or whats going on, and I have a tendency to freak out.  I do not deal well with lack of sleep, at all.

Hopefully early next week will be better.  Until then, I'm going to bed.

As difficult as it is, the best thing you can do to end the jet lag is force yourself back on your "regular" schedule. The sooner you can do that the better. Go to bed and get up by the clock...not your body and not the sun. About 2 days you'll be normal.

I've been forcing my self onto my regular schedule, and as crazy as it seems its already been 5 days and I'm still feeling it.
